Highlights

Originally the Gamekeeper's lodge for the surrounding farm, Lavender Cottage has been beautifully renovated.  It's a classic cottage, but in a unique setting, with footpaths leading from the front door.  Bunny rabbits live in the garden and red kites fly over your head into the neighbouring woodland.  Its a very quiet spot, perfect for couples, families or groups of friends.

Ground Floor

There is a lovely farmhouse kitchen overlooking the deck, with far reaching views from the kitchen sink.  Well stocked with everything you may need, and catering options if you are in need of a rest. 

A lovely dining room, with seating for 6, and a highchair for the little ones leading to our restful lounge, with smart tv and a full working fire (in the winter months). 

2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, both with lovely views of the farmers fields at the front of the cottage. The smaller bedroom has an ensuite toilet and sink.

A large family bathroom with toilet, double sink vanity, bath and shower.  Local Cotswold Aromatherapy toiletries.

Lower Ground Floor

There are steps leading down to our twin bedded room, this room is great for kids.  Comfy full size single beds, so also suits adults.  Guests using this room will need to go upstairs for the family bathroom.

Outside

Lavender Cottage has a very pretty cottage garden, with a large deck with garden furniture.  Sitting on the deck admiring the view and watching the walkers strolling down the footpath - country living is idyllic.  Children will love playing on the lawn with the garden games left out for them and the dogs are free to explore.
